2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 12 business days due to unforeseen issues or special circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
• Express/Next-Day Delivery: 1 to 3 business days (subject to availability and location).

Note: In rare cases, there may be unexpected shipping delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions).

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
• Standard shipping: Flat ₹99 per order.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders above ₹799, with an additional ₹99 COD charge.

We use Shiprocket as our logistics partner, which collaborates with multiple courier services to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. You can track your order using our tracking system on the website.

6. Parcel Opening & Safety Policy

For a safe and hassle-free experience, we strongly recommend:

• Recording a video while opening the parcel. This helps in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect orders.
• The video can be uploaded on our website while requesting a return or refund.
• As a token of appreciation, we may offer extra discounts on future purchases for valid video submissions.

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 7-14 business days.

8. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

• We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.
• Special cases (e.g., damaged or incorrect items) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• We also provide store vouchers with extra bonus value for refunds, upon customer request.

9. Condition for Returns & Exchanges

• The product must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and accessories.
• If any essential component is missing (e.g., tags, boxes), we cannot accept the return.
• A return shipping fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund/exchange.
