2. Orders & Tracking

2.1 How do I place an order?
  1. Browse through our website and add your favorite items to the cart.
  2. Click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
  3. Fill in your shipping details and select a payment method.
  4. Click ‘Place Order’ and wait for confirmation.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us immediately at support@crazycart.in or call +91 9302199254.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. We will process a replacement or refund after verification.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Where does Crazycart ship to?

Currently, we ship all over India, but we plan to expand worldwide soon.

  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (may extend to 3-12 days in special cases)

We use Shiprocket, which collaborates with multiple courier partners for fast and reliable delivery.

The delivery agent will attempt 3 times before returning the parcel. Contact the courier partner using the tracking details to reschedule delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy (from delivery date). However, in special cases (damaged product, wrong item, or shipping damage), customers must raise a request within 48 hours.

  • The product must be unused and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • If any item is missing, we cannot process the return.
  • Return shipping charge: ₹99

Refunds take 7-14 business days and are issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, customers can opt for a Crazycart voucher with an extra bonus discount for future purchases.

  3. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the pickup agent.

6. Cancellations

6.1 Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel before shipping. After shipping, cancellations are not allowed.

If a customer refuses COD delivery, we may restrict COD options for future purchases.
